A calm, personalized process for lasting organization

Start by completing our inquiry form and sharing a few details about your space, goals, and organizing needs. We’ll review your information and contact you to answer any questions and schedule your complimentary consultation.

Next, we schedule a complimentary consultation—either virtually or in your home. During this time, we assess your space, discuss your goals, daily routines, and aesthetic preferences, and determine the best approach for your project. For in-home consultations, photos and preliminary measurements may be taken to support accurate planning and pricing.

Following your consultation, you’ll receive a personalized proposal outlining your recommended service package, estimated time investment, pricing, and scope of work.
If desired, you will also receive a curated list of recommended organization products tailored to your space, style, and budget. This ensures you have a clear understanding of both the service plan and any supporting items needed to complete your project.

Once you’ve reviewed and approved your proposal and any recommended products, we move forward with finalizing your project.
At this stage, a contract is signed to confirm your booking and secure your project date. A 50% deposit of the total service cost is required, along with payment for any approved products.
Once the contract is signed and payment is received, all products (if applicable) are ordered, and your organizing session(s) are officially scheduled. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your project.

Finally, we edit, organize, and style your space, creating intuitive systems that are easy to maintain. You'll be left with a refreshed home that feels calm, streamlined, and designed to support your everyday life.
